Republic of Pakistan Excellency, Dear Sister, I have learnt with great sorrow that the plane
carrying 118 passengers and 9 crew members crashed today near the Islamabad
International Airport due to the bad weather conditions. I would like to express my heartfelt condolences and
deepest sympathies to You, to the bereaved families of the deceased and to the
