With the aim of preventing the spread of poliovirus worldwide, World Health Organization recommends a travel restriction for residents and long-term visitors (i.e. 4 weeks) traveling from Pakistan, Syria and Cameroon.

In this context, the visa applicants are kindly requested to submit their certificates proving that concerned person has received Oral Polio Vaccine or Inactivated Polio Vaccine between 4 weeks to 12 months prior to their international travel.
